The main point of difference with this style is that French Provincial furniture was less ornate and a little more 'country' in appearances than it Parisian counterparts, being more commonly identified as more simply carved wood furniture, often with decorative curved moldings. East Connection has re-imagined the French Provincial style adding whitewashed tones and in some cases sandblasted finishes for a modern update.
